About Ardent

Ardent Property Investments was Established in 2005

We are an offshore investment fund which offers eligible investors the opportunity to invest in the UK property market

The fund has benefitted from periods of growth in the UK market, as well as surviving the banking crash of the late 2000's. The fund has now focussed on a more specialised market seeing an opportunity in a growing and highly investable region of the UK. The fund aims to offer a range of investments depending on the risk profile of investors across a diverse range of property from established tenanted buildings to brownfield development sites.

What We Offer

Ardent Property Investments (Ardent) offers investors the opportunity to share in the ownership of properties in the UK

Ardent Property Investments currently provides opportunities in two distinct areas of the market:
New developments and Established investments.

New Developments

New Developments

Specialising in development of town centre “brownfield” sites or identifying new areas for expansion in the UK property market. The New Development investments focus on providing investors opportunities to gain from planning profit (the gain when a property obtains planning permission), development profit (the gain from successfully developing and completing a property) as well as the more traditional capital appreciation from a potentially rising market.

Established Investments

Established Investments

For investors looking for returns from a wider range of properties Ardent provides the opportunity to make investments with a variety of risk and return profiles. In 2017 we plan to give investors, using the principles of crowdfunding, the option to join with others to share in the returns from properties carefully selected by our investment board.
